In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
References to "including" or "includes" are not to be construed as limiting. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an Account or use any Services on zk999. By registering, you warrant that you are 18 or older. zk999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age cannot be verified to zk999's satisfaction.
2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may register only one Account. If zk999 discovers that a player holds or has held more than one Account — whether under the same or different identities — zk999 may close all associated Accounts, void any pending bets or casino rounds, and forfeit any Balance held therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 Jurisdiction Compliance. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing zk999 from a Prohibited Territory and that you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction. zk999 makes no representation that its Services are legal in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following categories of persons are not permitted to hold Accounts or use the Services: persons under 18 years of age; employees of zk999 and their immediate family members; persons who have been self-excluded from zk999 or any associated platform; and persons accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. zk999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain this confidentiality.
3.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, and you will be responsible for all such activity and any resulting transactions.
3.3 You must notify zk999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. zk999 may temporarily freeze an Account upon receipt of such a notification pending investigation.
3.4 zk999 staff will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from zk999 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to zk999 support.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zk999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa Debit, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. zk999 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 Own Funds. All funds deposited to zk999 must be your own. You must not deposit using payment methods registered in another person's name. zk999 is required to conduct anti-money-laundering (AML) checks and reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds before processing any deposit or withdrawal.
4.3 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed seven days a week. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within one to four hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. zk999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. zk999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving withdrawals to a different method.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. zk999 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the applicable fee schedule published on the platform at the relevant time.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on zk999 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is presented. General Terms apply in addition to offer-specific terms.
5.2 Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion description.
5.3 zk999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account, zk999 will provide reasonable notice before material modifications that affect the player's ability to complete stated wagering requirements.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
6.1 Each game and betting market on zk999 is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or relevant sports betting market. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail with respect to that game or market.
6.2 zk999 reserves the right to void any bet or casino round where: (a) a technical error or malfunction has affected the outcome; (b) there is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or irregular activity; or (c) a bet has been accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error.
6.3 All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the absence of an official result, zk999 will apply the settlement rules most consistent with industry practice.
6.4 RNG (random number generator) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Crash games operate on provably fair algorithms. zk999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zk999 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express prior written consent from zk999.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
9.2 zk999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10.1 zk999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and provide a range of tools to help players maintain control:

10.3 Players who have self-excluded from zk999 must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account. Any Account registered in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and any Balance forfeited.
11.1 zk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in cases of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete identity verification; (d) conduct that zk999 determines is harmful to other users or the platform.
11.2 Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach by the player, any confirmed real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, subject to AML verification requirements.
11.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting zk999 support. Account closure will be processed within a reasonable time. Any pending bets placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with normal procedures.
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which zk999 is licensed. In the event of a dispute between you and zk999, you should first contact zk999 support in writing to seek an informal resolution.
12.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism provided by zk999's licensing authority. zk999 will cooperate fully with any such process.
12.3 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
zk999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zk999 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players by email. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
